End User Licensing Agreement

This End User Licensing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (an individual, organization, or entity) and the creators of the StatThor Application (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the developers"). This EULA governs your access to and use of the StatThor Application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Application immediately.

1. User Licensing Agreement

We grant you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal, educational, or professional purposes. This license does not permit any commercial use unless expressly authorized by the developers.

You are prohibited from:

Leasing, renting, sublicensing, publishing, copying, modifying, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Application.
Attempting to extract or export the source code of the Application.
Using the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Violation of these terms will result in the automatic termination of your license to use the Application.

2. Acceptance of Terms

The Application is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and educational purposes only. While the developers strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the Application is free of errors or omissions.

You are solely responsible for verifying any results generated by the Application before using them for decision-making purposes.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

The developers are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to:

Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in calculations.
Unavailability of the Application or interruptions in service.

No warranties, express or implied, are provided, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the design, algorithms, and code used in the Application, is the intellectual property of the developers. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the Application.
Use the Application for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

6. Updates and Changes

We may update or modify this EULA as necessary. Notifications regarding changes will be provided through the Application or another official channel. Your continued use of the Application after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Application is utilized, unless otherwise specified by the developers.
